I had a great stay in this place. The lady who runs the hotel is awesome, and the location is perfect. It is close to the Pechersk metro station and within a short distance to local markets. The room was fantastic, clean, and comfortable, with useful facilities like dishes, microwave. Also, I liked how close it was to the University of the Arts, making it convenient for me.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to local markets and the Pechersk metro station. It's easy to explore the city from here and there are plenty of food options around. the room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and it was nice to have a microwave and cooking facilities in the room for a quick meal.

The staff lacked English skills, and it was quite difficult to communicate with them.

The staff spoke very little English which made it challenging to communicate with them. Also, the directions to find the building were unclear and we had trouble locating the entrance. Lastly, we had requested extra towels but were told that we could only have one per week which was inconvenient for our stay.

Awesome large room, GREAT location, Less than $2 Uber to downtown Kiev, Right next to University of the Arts, GREAT convenience store at entrance to building, Great Cafe and Coffee shop near University entrance.

The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our Christmas vacation. the location was convenient, just a short walk to the metro station. We also enjoyed the nearby markets where we could find local and fresh produce.

Communication was a bit of a challenge with the staff as they didn't speak much English, which made it hard to get directions to the hotel. the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbors talking and moving around in their rooms, which made it hard to sleep soundly.
